1. General Product Use

All packaging products supplied by Polyformula USA Division LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), including but not limited to poly bags, printed bags, and flexible packaging, are manufactured according to customer specifications and intended for general packaging use.

It is the customer's responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for their specific application.

Polyformula USA Division LLC shall not be responsible for improper product use.

2. Food Contact Responsibility

Polyformula USA Division LLC manufactures packaging using materials approved by the FDA used in food packaging applications.

However, the customer is solely responsible for:

  • Verifying compatibility with their specific food product

  • Conducting any required testing

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable FDA or other regulatory requirements

Polyformula USA Division LLC assumes no liability for the customer's use of packaging with food products.

3. Printing and Artwork Approval

Customers are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, proofs, specifications, and production details prior to manufacturing.

Polyformula USA Division LLC is not responsible for:

  • Errors in approved artwork

  • Spelling mistakes

  • Design errors

  • Color variations within standard industry tolerances

Once artwork is approved, production will proceed accordingly.

4. Limitation of Liability

Polyformula USA Division LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits

  • Product loss

  • Business interruption

The Company's liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the packaging product supplied.

5. Manufacturing and Supply

All products are manufactured based on customer-provided specifications.

Variations within standard manufacturing tolerances are considered acceptable.

6. No Additional Warranties

Except as expressly stated, Polyformula USA Division LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
